The World's Greatest Hobby on Tour Review!
I have two new train lovers in my house today, as my family and I recently had the opportunity and to explore the World's Greatest Hobby on tour show. This train show was full of excitement and wonder for all ages. Model trains were everywhere.
We recently returned from visiting Disney World, so the girls especially liked seeing the model train and monorail lay out of Disney, and hearing the talk about Walt Disney's Railroad. The show offered all different sized or scales of model trains. I loved that the show catered to all age train enthusiasts.
My girls loved playing with the wooden trains they had on display for the younger crowd, but they were also given the opportunity to drive remote control trains as well. The models the show had set up were just beautiful, and there were plenty of vendors there offering model train products and services, such as ways to keep the model train tracks, information about the Kentucky Railroad Museum, and lots of vendors selling a wide variety of model trains. The girls favorite part of the day was riding Thomas the train.
We throughly enjoyed our trip to the World's Greatest Hobby on tour, and can't wait to see what the show brings next year. I know we will be adding a model train around our Christmas tree next year.
