I had the great opportunity to attend the 2015 Homearama at Spring Farm Lake!  This was my first Homearama and didn’t really know what to expect but I was in for positive experience!!

Homearama is known for featuring beautiful luxurious creative homes.  There were 11 custom built homes ranging from $750, 000 to $1.million dollars.  This definitely was the place to be whether you are looking for a home to purchase to ideas for interior decorating, landscaping or inspiration!  I was really inspired by the homes at Spring Farm Lake!

The small lake located in the center of the homes feature was a breathtaking showcase of the Spring Farm Lake area!

My personal favorites were house numbers 4, 9, and 10.  Number 4 had a luxurious swimming pool, hot tub, and cabana area for entertaining … I was impressed as I walked down the stairs of Number 4 basement as the amenities were put together so eloquently.  The theater room was just like being in a movie theater … amazing … the theater chairs were extremely cozy and was quite difficult to get up and continue the viewing of other houses.

Out of the eleven homes featured, seven are already sold … My personal favorites were part of the houses sold!

House number ten had an ocean type of theme and the bed swing on higher level porch was to die for as you could just hang out on the porch and look at the beautiful lake … so peaceful!

The master bedroom was absolutely GORGEOUS and the style looked like a queen lived in the home … the master bathroom was built to for him and her not to mention the beautiful vanity area which had an open calming atmosphere.

There was furniture and designs galore and I can tell you I left with some great ideas for my current house and for sure something new to dream about!  Since this was my first Homearama experience, I was taken it all in … there was a big tent that included concessions and restrooms which gave folks a chance to take a break, socialize, and refuel themselves to finish the Homearama Touring experience.  I will for sure be attending next year’s Homearama!

What a fun way to get interior design inspiration. I like looking at homes like this but they are out of my price range. Sounds like it was a fun day.
